• Additional revisions may incur additional charges

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to your website design and content. I retain the right to showcase your project in my portfolio IF you agree to it.

4. Limitation of Liability

I strive to deliver high-quality work, but I cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. I am not liable for any indirect damages or lost profits.
